Meet the Board Monday: Alfreda Sellers Diamond, Class of 1972
BRHSF: Did you have a favorite teacher, club, sport or experience that made a long-term impact on you at BRHS?
ASD: Bill Poche, band director, was my favorite teacher. He made me feel like the sky was the limit and I could do anything I put my mind to. I played clarinet, tenor sax, and melodic percussion.
BRHSF: What made you decide to join the BRHSF Board?
ASD: I joined the Board to contribute to the continued elevation of interests of current and future BRHS students.
BRHSF: As a Board member do you have any personal goals for your service? What do you see as your most important role as a Board member?
ASD: My most important role is to assist ED in sound planning and decision-making in advancing the interest of the Foundation.
