Reunion Planning Guide
The BRHS Foundation is proud to offer our alumni a comprehensive Reunion Planning Guide (download below) to assist you in your reunion planning. If you have any questions about your upcoming reunion, please contact us by using the form at the bottom of the homepage.
PLEASE NOTE: The following Saturdays in 2020 are NOT available to schedule reunion tours at the BRHS campus because of ACT and SAT testing: April 2, May 7, June 4, June 11 and July 16.
Important Information Regarding Scheduling of Your Class Reunion:
All class reunion visits to BRHS are scheduled via the Baton Rouge High School Foundation. We strongly advise that you contact us prior to scheduling your reunion, signing contracts and placing deposits at venues. Tours of the school on your pending date may not be available. The administration of BRHS is generous and welcomes our alumni to tour and visit, but school functions have priority status.
The Foundation will not schedule class reunion tours on the following days and holidays –All Sundays, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break (including Christmas, New Year's Eve and Day), Easter Weekend (includes Good Friday through the following Tuesday), and Memorial Day. If the Fourth of July falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, that will be considered a Holiday weekend, and we will not schedule class reunion tours.
Your help is needed to continue the legacy of excellence. The BRHS Foundation has several ways to volunteer. Some ways we have to volunteer include:
- General Office Tasks
- Office Research
- Reunion Assistance/School Tours
- Board/Committee Service
- Class Captain
- Special Events
